Conifer Custom Buildout

In the foothills of Conifer, CO, my clients built one of the most gorgeous custom mountain homes I’ve ever seen. However, they had a 1300 sqft lower level that was unfinished. My clients asked that I design the ultimate bar, family room, pool room, wine room, mountaineering/training work out gym, a fly-tying room, guest bedroom and bathroom to complete their mountain retreat. They also requested that I design a custom stone fireplace to put the finishing touch on their beautiful master bedroom. The completed buildout incorporates rustic and cozy design elements, creating the perfect atmosphere to welcome family and friends in to relax and stay awhile.
