INITIAL CONSULTATION

An initial phone consultation to briefly discuss your plans and project scope.  During this time, we will schedule a future date in which I can meet you at your home or business to have an onsite meeting.

ONSITE CONSULTATION

During the onsite consultation we will have the opportunity to walk through the space and discuss your vision for the project scope, discuss possible ideas and functionality of the space, review photographs or visual design materials that serve as examples of your desired aesthetic, discuss budget parameters and your project timeline.  While I am onsite, I may also take some field measurements and photographs for future reference. Since I will be providing design ideas and suggestions during this meeting, I do charge a consultation fee. However, after our initial meeting I will prepare a custom design proposal that will outline the design fees for your project scope.

AGREEMENT & RETAINER

After our onsite consultation I will prepare a written proposal that will outline the project scope and all the deliverables that are included.  Upon your review and approval, I will require a signed agreement and a retainer to begin the design work.

DESIGN PROCESS

This is where the magic happens, and I begin blending your ideas and project vision into reality.  Throughout the design process, I will provide you with conceptual drawings, sketches, material selections and product specifications for your review and approval.  I make it a priority to maintain an open dialog with my clients, in order to gain feedback and ensure that I am capturing your project vision.

Upon your review and approval of the conceptual design, I will complete all required drawings, documents and material selections as agreed upon in the proposal.

PRODUCT & MATERIAL SOURCING

Once all the material and product selections are complete, a formal proposal to provide, purchase and install all items can be provided. A signed proposal along with a specified deposit will be required to place all orders.

TRADE EXECUTION & PRODUCT INSTALLATION

As a former Project Manager, I can provide my clients with complete project oversight, from trade execution, product installation, to the finishing touches of furniture, art and décor.  My goal is to treat my clients with the highest standard of professionalism and ensure that they have the best experience throughout their project. Upon project completion and with your permission, I may ask for a referral or request a photo shoot of your beautiful space.
