We knew we wanted to incorporate multiple living spaces that would suit the needs of our family. The plan had to include an office space, gym, art studio for kids, bar/lounge area, theatre room and storage! We had the space for these areas, but the problem was we had an awkward layout with mechanical units. Jana walked the basement with us asking questions and gaining an understanding of what our vision was. She was patient with us as we explained the custom details we hoped to include.
