Author’s Creative Retreat Project

My client and friend, who is an award-winning author, needed an office space that provided the serenity and function she required to foster her creative writing.  Utilizing a dark overstuffed loft area, I designed a designated workspace that overlooked her breathtaking mountain view and incorporated a cozy living room for family movie nights.  By adding ample recessed lighting, rustic hardwood floors and appropriately scaled furniture pieces that reflected her style, this loft transformed into a beautiful multi-functional space that is the perfect retreat for work and play!
